Isn't she cute. *sigh* I miss those times when my kids were little. I had boys and they are easier to raise. My half brother Eric is gonna learn why fathers are so protective of their daughters. And how it's nothing personal it's just that they are daddy's little girl. They will both learn that their parents weren't always wrong and do know something about what they were always talking about. And like me, I'm sure they are gonna hate to admit it. Buckle up Eric and Brandi you two are in for the ride of your life.

Cameron in Afghanistan

My youngest son is deployed to Afghanistan. Here are a few pictures of him looking all grown up. He is in the Texas Army National Guard and this is his first deployment. I miss him a lot. My father was stationed to Vietnam twice, my brother was in Desert Storm and my ex was in Iraqi Freedom, but this is my baby and I didn't realize how it would be so totally different. Still I can't help being proud of him, going into the family business. He was raised military and knows what he got himself into. He is confident in what he does and knows who he is, so do I. What mother wouldn't be proud.

Aren't these Georgous? I got them for Mother's Day. They are from my son Garett, his wife Briana and of course my grandpuppy Brooklyn. They are actually deep purple but the flash makes them look blue.

I Love Butterflies.
